Once you sign a listing agreement, a whole plan is set in motion. This is my plan, so if using a different Realtor, their strategy may be different:)
First you need to prep your home, I have a “Planning to Sell” Checklist I give out, you can also look through my Seller Tips for a more in depth approach. A few main things to remember are to declutter, de-personalize and clean!
Once your home is prepped, I schedule out the week:
1. A Lockbox will be placed on your home (you will need an extra key)
2. A day is scheduled to stage and take professional photos
3. The sign is placed in your yard
4. Your home is listed on the MLS
5. Open house!
