Roseville is a very family oriented town, so there is always a spike in home sales in June when the kids are out of school. The May numbers dip down a bit, as all the kids are finishing school. June is a very active month in Roseville Real Estate, so if you are thinking of selling, do it now! The average sold price dipped down to $395,000, a 2.2 percent decrease from last month and 0.8 percent increase year-over-year. The number of homes sold in May was 211 , a 5.8 percent decrease compared to last month and a 3.2 percent decrease year-over-year. Sellers brought 330 new listings to the market in May, a 4.8 percent increase as compared to last month and a 14.1 percent year-over-year decrease. The average number of days on the market was 37, a big leap from February when it was at 53 and January when it was at 59!
